Mark Zattiero has extensive experience in technical support and engineering within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineering Specialist at Ribbon Communications since October 2017, Zattiero previously held roles at GENBAND, including Senior Technical Support Engineering and CVAS Solution Technical Advisor, following the acquisition of Nortel's CVAS assets. Earlier, Zattiero worked at Nortel for over two decades in various capacities, providing technical leadership and product support for CVoIP products, as well as broadband systems. Zattiero's career began at Northern Telecom, where installation and technical support responsibilities were key focus areas.
