Naga Ashwin

Naga Ashwin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Naga started their career as an intern at HAL-Edgewood Technologies, where they developed a functional attitude indicator using open GL and C++. Naga then worked as a Software Engineer at Envestnet | Yodlee India, where they modified existing software, directed software design and development, and developed high-quality web crawlers.

After that, Naga joined Cisco as a Senior Software Engineer, overseeing major enhancements to existing software and building scalable and modular software products for Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance Network Management system. Naga then moved to Velankani Information Systems, where they worked as a Technical Lead and deployed at Infinera, integrating two NMS management softwares and conducting research on different delivery mechanisms.

Naga then joined Infinera as a Senior Software Development Engineer, specializing in performance enhancement and multithreaded programming in the NMS. Naga later worked at Thoughtworks as a Senior Consultant before joining Ribbon Communications as a Software Engineering Lead Analyst. At Ribbon Communications, they lead as a software engineer for Muse SDN, working with docker swarm and Kubernetes platforms and developing microservices from scratch.

Naga Ashwin completed their secondary education at S.S.B English High School, obtaining an SSLC degree from 1994 to 2007. Naga then pursued their Pre-University Course (PUC) at Vijaya College, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Electronics from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they attended M.V.J. College of Engineering, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Naga Ashwin received several certifications from Aspiring Minds in 2014, including English Comprehension, Channel Sales Professional, Corporate Sales Manager, Creative Content Developer, and Data Processing Specialist.
