Otis Gibbs

Otis Gibbs has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Otis started their career at Nortel in 1984 as a Manufacturing Technician and later transitioned to the role of Customer/NPI Services Engineer. Otis worked at Nortel for a period of 25 years, until 2009.
