Richard Adaikalam

Richard Adaikalam has a solid background in engineering and software quality assurance. Richard began their career in 2002 as a Software Engineer at isoftel Communications and then moved on to Sylantro Systems in 2004 as a Senior QA Engineer. In 2005, they joined Sonus as a Tech Lead and later became the Manager of SQA before being promoted to Senior Manager of SVT Engineering. In 2016, Richard joined Ribbon Communications as an Associate Director of SVT Engineering and later became the Director of Engineering - Systems Verification in 2019. Richard has extensive experience in managing and directing engineering teams and ensuring the quality and functionality of systems.

Richard Adaikalam attended Immaculate heart of Mary's Higher Secondary School in Coimbatore from 1984 to 1994, where they completed their 10th grade.
