Shiri Markovitz

Shiri Markovitz is an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in supporting senior leadership and employees across various organizations. Currently positioned at Ribbon Communications since 2022, Shiri implements HR strategies and best practices to align with business objectives. Previously at Avaya from 2017 to 2021, responsibilities included providing guidance on HR issues and managing local HR operations. Prior roles at RAD Data Communications involved consulting on HR matters, leading HR processes, and overseeing the employee life cycle, first as an HR & Recruitment specialist from 2007 to 2014 and then as an HRBP from 2015 to 2016. Shiri holds a Master's degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
