Tracy Flory

Tracy Flory, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources. Tracy began their career in 1995 as an HR Representative at Xyplex. Tracy then joined MRV Communications in 2002 as an HR Manager, where they stayed until 2005. Following that, they worked at Plexus as a Human Resources Manager for one year. Currently, Tracy holds the position of Human Resources Director at Ribbon Communications, a role they have held since 2006. Tracy's experience spans over 25 years and includes various HR leadership positions.

Tracy Flory, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University. Tracy also holds the certification of SHRM-SCP, which they obtained from SHRM in July 2015.
