Ivana Polim

Ivana Polim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data solutions, product deployment, and client advocacy across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Solutions at Ribbon Health, Ivana leads the Pre- and Post-Sale Solutions Engineering function. Prior roles include Senior Director of Product Deployment at Coinbase and several managerial positions at Symphony.com and Applied Predictive Technologies. Ivana has also contributed to consulting projects with Kline & Company and held leadership roles in SEALNet, demonstrating strong organizational and mentoring abilities.
