George Ronay, CSW, boasts extensive experience in the wine and spirits industry, currently serving in Pricing & Programming at Riboli Family Wines since February 2014, where George conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the sales force and provided management with a detailed SWOT analysis. Prior experience includes Brand Manager at TITAN Wine and Spirits, where George established pricing strategies, and Director of Sales for LA & Tri-Counties at The Henry Wine Group, leading a sales team while achieving significant sales growth during challenging market conditions. As a Founding Partner & CFO at BevBlitz LLC, Ronay introduced an innovative sales agency model. Previous roles also involve key accounts management at Heck Estates and positions at Youngs Market Company and Wine Warehouse. George holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BBA from Loyola Marymount University.
