Penny Kosut

Penny Kosut is an experienced professional in the wine industry, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Planning and Vice President of Sales for Riboli Estates Group since January 2021. Prior to this role, Penny held several key positions at Fetzer Vineyards from January 2012, including Vice President of Chains, Director of Chains, and Vice President of National Accounts. Earlier career experience includes roles at Unilever as Region Sales Manager, at Diageo as National Account Manager, and at T.J. Lipton/Unilever as Sales Professional. Penny holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and an MBA in Marketing, both from Baylor University.
