Débora Prada Gracia

Débora Prada Gracia has extensive experience in strategic roles within the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Commercial & Partnerships at Ric Energy Group since January 2022, where responsibilities include the development of the Green Hydrogen business unit and establishing partnerships. Prior to this, Débora spent nearly nine years at Cepsa, focusing on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial valuation, and procurement coordination, with a specialization in energy transition initiatives like renewables and hydrogen. Early career roles included positions at HMY and General Motors, where Débora gained expertise in supply chain engineering and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Valuation Expert from IEB, an energy and environmental engineering degree from INSA Lyon, and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza.
