Diego Ruiz

Diego Ruiz has extensive experience in the travel industry, having held various positions since 1999. Currently, Diego serves as Team Leader of Technical Operations at Ricale Viajes, a role undertaken since January 2021. Previously, Diego was the Air Travel Reference at Trayecto Uno from September 2017 to December 2020 and supervised the Air Operations Department at Atrápalo from 2015 to 2017, overseeing a team and managing task productivity. Diego's earlier roles include Head of Air Operations at almundo.com, where responsibilities included performance supervision and process optimization, as well as the expansion of the franchise network. Diego's career began at Asatej SRL, progressing from cashier to various supervisory roles, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills throughout. Diego holds a degree as a Técnico Superior en Turismo from Instituto Belgrano, completed in 1998.
