Laurent Bourscheidt has over 30 years of work experience in various creative and leadership roles. Laurent is currently the Vice President of Marketing at Ricardo Beverly Hills and has been with the company since 2018. In this role, they oversee and manages all digital, print, and motion creative output for multiple brands. Laurent also leads and mentors a team of designers, photographers, copywriters, and external creative vendors.

Before their current role, Laurent founded their own design company called L+B Design in 2014.
