Laure Canis

Laure Canis has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and strategy consulting. Laure currently works as a Product Manager at Ricardo AG starting from 2021. Prior to that, Laure worked at Amadeus for several years, where they held multiple roles including Senior Product Manager (Intrapreneur) from 2011 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for conducting user interviews, experiments, and surveys to identify early adopters and gather insights. Laure also built an MVP for advisors and moderated user tests. Laure also served as a Product Owner Coach & Strategy Manager, Travel Channels BU from 2017 to 2020, where they collaborated with stakeholders to redesign the investment decision-making process. Laure created an analytics team from scratch as a Product Owner & Analytics Manager, Flight Search from 2015 to 2017, and achieved significant improvements in inventory polling and fare availability. Additionally, Laure served as an Innovation Manager, Airlines R&D from 2014 to 2016, launching the Airlines innovation program and overseeing the productization of innovative projects. At the start of their career, Laure worked as a Strategy Consultant at Corporate Value Associates from 2010 to 2011.
