McKenzie Taormina

McKenzie Taormina is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry since July 2021, McKenzie has previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. Prior to this, McKenzie worked at FHI as a Human Resources Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist, and at DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Vendor Relations Representative. Earlier experience includes a recruiter role at Adecco and serving as a Food Server/Trainer at Brio Tuscan Grille. McKenzie began a career in service at Barrington Golf Club as a Server. McKenzie holds degrees in Integrated Marketing Communications and Communication and Media Studies from John Carroll University, completing studies between 2011 and 2016.
