Justin Bohlke

Justin Bohlke is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Rice Companies since April 2025, Justin held previous positions as Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at DCI Group Inc. from January 2023 to April 2025. Prior to that, Justin was a Project Executive at Apex Construction Group, Inc. from March 2021 to January 2023, and held several roles at Madison Construction, including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, from February 2018 to March 2021. Earlier in career, Justin served as General Manager of Residential Construction at Watts Group, and worked as Assistant Project Manager at Knutson Construction Services. Initial experience included positions as Project Engineer at Russell Construction and an internship at Henry Carlson Company. Justin Bohlke earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Murray State University and holds a degree in Construction Management from South Dakota State University.
