Kelly Walz

Kelly Walz, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Rice Companies since July 2025, following a similar role at #ONO from May 2024 to July 2025 and at Bernicks from June 2010 to May 2024. At Bernicks, Kelly focused on enhancing team member engagement and aligning HR services with the company's mission and values. Prior experience includes serving as Chapter President for CMSHRM in 2009, managing a branch at Manpower, and working as a Training Manager at St Cloud Wireless Holdings. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Communications from Concordia University-St. Paul and has further education from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
