Victoria Harper

Victoria Harper currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Tru Consulting, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Victoria was with Shift7, a Merkle Company, where tenure included serving as Vice President of People Operations and Director of Operations from November 2014 to September 2025. Earlier experience includes the role of Operations Manager and Executive Assistant at 3Pillar Global between December 2009 and October 2014. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Writing and Philosophy from Augusta State University, as well as a qualification from the Paralegal Studies Program at Georgetown University.
