Thomas M. Bruce

Thomas M. Bruce, NCARB, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Market Development at Rice Companies, Inc., a position held since May 2017. In this role, Thomas provides strategic leadership across Design, Preconstruction, and Market Development, focusing on key client relationships and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Vice President in both Pre-Construction and Design/Build at Cathedral High School in St. Cloud, MN, from November 2005 to November 2020. Additionally, Thomas served as an Assistant Boy's Varsity Hockey Coach, achieving notable successes including the 2019 Class A State Championships and multiple appearances in the Minnesota State Hockey Tournament. Prior to Cathedral High School, Thomas was Vice President of Design/Build Services at Winkelman Building Corporation and Vice President at Rice Building Systems, Inc. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from North Dakota State University, with studies also completed at Concordia College.
