Stephen Ireton

Stephen Ireton has over 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the financial services industry. Stephen served as the Chief Operating Officer & Company Secretary at Rice Search Partners from November 2013 to present. In this role, they provided senior search capabilities and various services across the EMEA & America regions.

Prior to their current role, Stephen served as the Chief Operating Officer & Director at ADJUVO NETWORK LIMITED from January 2015 to September 2022. Stephen worked with a syndicate of Operating Partners to provide funding, strategic advice, mentoring, and business services to start-up and early-stage British companies.

Before joining ADJUVO NETWORK LIMITED, Stephen held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Rice & Dore from October 2001 to November 2013.

Stephen Ireton received a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford in 2000. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels in History, Chemistry, and Mathematics: Statistics, with AO Levels in French, and achieved 10 Grade As in their GSCEs at Dulwich College from 1986 to 1996.
