Jennifer Felsl

Jennifer Felsl has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Jennifer started their career at Allstate where they held various roles, including HR Manager, Training/Education Manager, Underwriter, and Sales Agent from 1988 to 2006. In 2015, they joined the National Automatic Merchandising Association as the Director of Human Resources and later became the HR Director until June 2022. Jennifer then worked as the Human Resources Director at Bancroft Architects + Engineers from June 2022 to November 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Management at Richard Group, starting from November 2023. Jennifer also had a short role as an HR Consultant at The Quinn Co. in 2015.

Jennifer Felsl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Northern Illinois University.
