Neeraja Pandav is a Project Designer at Richard L. Bowen + Associates, Inc. since October 2018, with a diverse background in architecture and sustainable design. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Sustainable Building Research and Minnesota Design Center, contributing to digital engagement and website development for notable projects. Neeraja's experience as a Project Architect spans various self-employed initiatives and work with Shelter Associates, focusing on urban sanitation solutions and architectural designs for farms and retreats. Neeraja holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Design from the University of Minnesota, along with a Bachelor of Architecture from Dr. B.N. College of Architecture, Pune, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
