Cynthia began her career in executive recruiting upon graduating from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. Her career has taken her internationally to recruit for major corporations in the United Kingdom, Kuwait, Asia, Russia, and South America.
Cynthia specializes in the Oil and Gas Industry, yet, has extensive experience recruiting in the Defense Industry, and Information Technology. She joined Richard Wayne and Roberts in 2000 as an Executive Recruiter and quickly advanced to Executive Search Director. Cynthia has been recognized by the former Texas Association of Personnel Consultants as a top performer.
