Since 1996, Nicole Self has cultivated a nationally respected reputation for achievement in recruiting. During her tenure with Richard, Wayne & Roberts, she has risen through the ranks from Recruiting Associate to Manager and is now a Partner.

As a Recruiting Associate, she was recognized in 2019 as the top recruiter in the state through the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants. Nicole has produced over $14 million in revenues for the firm over the past 24 years.
