Melissa Lennon

Melissa Lennon has extensive experience in the legal and career services field. Melissa is currently serving as the Chief Legal Talent Officer at Richards, Layton & Finger since March 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Dean in the Office of Career Services at Temple University, School of Law from 2004 to March 2020. Melissa also served as the President of the Board of Directors at NALP from April 2018 to April 2019, where they focused on ethical recruiting and supporting lawyers and law students in their careers. Earlier in their career, Melissa worked as the Director of Associate Development at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP from 2000 to 2004 and began their career as an Associate at the same firm from 1996 to 2000.

Melissa Lennon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Lafayette College, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. Melissa then attended Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law from 1993 to 1996, earning a Juris Doctor degree. Currently, Melissa is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Fox School of Business at Temple University, with no specified end date.
