Nicholas V. Baldassarre is an OSHA Authorized Trainer and holds certifications as a Certified Safety and Health Manager (CSFSM) and Construction Manager-in-Training (CMIT). Currently serving as the Corporate Safety Director at Richards Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc. since February 2024, Nicholas has previously held significant roles in safety management, including Senior Director of Safety Oversight at MTA Construction & Development, and Senior Field Health & Safety Manager at Gannett Fleming. With a strong background in safety compliance and risk management in the construction and engineering sectors, Nicholas has also contributed to safety programs at North Shore University Hospital, HNTB, STV Group, Citnalta Construction Corp, and Skanska. Nicholas holds a degree from Hofstra University.
