Jennifer Shannon is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in business management and sales within the wine and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Richard's Rainwater since October 2018, Jennifer previously held the position of Director of Operations at Barrel Creek Provisions from February 2018 to October 2018. Jennifer's career at Jackson Family Wines spanned from April 2013 to January 2018, where roles included Direct to Consumer Sales & Operations Manager and Wine Club Manager for various brands. Earlier experience includes positions as Wine Club Manager and Coordinator at Arrowood Winery and Kendall-Jackson Winery, respectively, and as a Tax Administrative Assistant at Jackson Family Investments. Jennifer holds a degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
