Michelle Silva, CTP, MBA has over 19 years of experience in corporate finance and treasury management. Michelle started their career at Universal Access as a Financial Analyst in 2001, before joining Cargill Investor Services as a Treasury Supervisor in 2003. In 2005, Michelle joined Richardson Electronics, where they currently hold the position of Director of Treasury. In this role, they have led teams and implemented changes to achieve aggressive objectives in global treasury management, risk management, strategic planning, and corporate process improvement. Michelle has a strong track record of delivering results and taking on new challenges.
