Jim Nichol has extensive experience in operations and sales within the industrial sector. Since June 2003, Jim has served as the Director of Operations at Richardson International, where leadership and strategic oversight have been critical to operational success. Prior to this role, Jim was a Sales Representative at BC Bearing Engineers Ltd. from March 2000 to June 2003, where skills in client relations and sales strategies were developed.
