Fawad Akram is an experienced Application Analyst with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues across various sectors. Currently at Richardson Wealth since September 2022, Fawad focuses on creating support manuals and training staff on application usage, while also providing technical support. Prior experience includes a role at Equitable Bank where support for financial applications was provided, and customizations for Microsoft Dynamics were implemented. Fawad also contributed to application support at TNG – A Division of the Jim Pattison Group and St Joseph Hospital, emphasizing problem resolution and interface management. Fawad's career began at KUBRA as a Team Lead Business Application Analyst, and educational credentials include a degree from McMaster University obtained between 2002 and 2006.
