Vankatesh Shankar

Vankatesh Shankar is an experienced Service Transition Lead currently employed at the NSW Department of Education since January 2023, with a proven track record in service design and transition methodology. Prior experience includes a tenure at the City of Gold Coast where significant contributions were made in service integration and multi-vendor ecosystem management. Vankatesh also held roles at Citi Bank as an IT Service Management Lead for the APAC region and at IBM Singapore as a Major Incident & Problem Manager, where responsibilities included developing incident and problem management processes for prominent clients. Vankatesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Engineering College.
