Thomas Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thomas is currently serving as the VP and Associate General Counsel at Richardson Wealth, where they lead a legal team and provides strategic advice on disputes and litigation. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a Senior Claims Specialist at AXIS Capital, handling financial, D&O, professional, cyber, and general liability claims. Thomas also worked at Dentons as a Senior Associate and Associate, specializing in legal matters. Thomas began their career as a Student-at-Law at Dentons and gained experience as a Summer Law Student at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP. Additionally, they worked as a Reporting and Liaison Specialist at Thomson Reuters, where they developed statistical reporting models and coordinated with clients for the rollout of trading products. Thomas also served as a Recruitment and Operations Manager at Rosaire Pion et Fils and held teaching and research positions at Queen's University.
