Dawn Welsh has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont and an Innkeeping Certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management from BICC - Culinary College. With a background in operations, human resources, and consulting, Dawn has held leadership roles in various companies such as Richcroft Inc, The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region, El Monte Sagrado, Inspired Learning, and AIPT. Throughout their career, Dawn has been involved in strategic planning, creating new processes, and gaining insight into different fields such as Human Services and DDA. Dawn has a wealth of experience in managing staff, human resource needs, and embracing change within organizations.
