Burak Bostanci

Burak BOSTANCI is an experienced payroll and finance professional with a strong background in payroll management and accounting. Currently serving as the Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Manager at Richer Sounds since December 2021, Burak successfully completed the implementation of a new payroll system ahead of schedule. Prior to this role, Burak held various positions at Select Fashion from January 2012 to June 2022, including Payroll Manager & Account Controller, where responsibilities encompassed sales reconciliation and discrepancy investigations. Burak's earlier experience also includes positions as TURQUALITY Supervisor, Assistant Management Accountant, Assistant Accountant, and Accounts Assistant, showcasing expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and ledger maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Uludag University, complemented by ACCA studies from 2017 to 2020.
