David M. has over 25 years of experience in the audio-visual and customer service industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Richer Sounds since October 2017, David M. specializes in technical support and complaint handling. Prior to this, David M. held various roles, including Installation Specialist at Glasgow Audio Ltd., where responsibilities included custom install sales and post-installation support, as well as positions at Television and Video Repair Service, Sevenoaks Sound and Vision, and Alan James Hi-Fi, focusing on sales and installation.
