Andrea Lane (McQueen)

Andrea Lane (McQueen) currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Richfield Industries since August 2020. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics for two years, managing HR functions across multiple sites, and previously at Saint-Gobain North America. Andrea’s experience also includes a position as a Human Resources Generalist at Tubelite Inc., where project management responsibilities included the implementation of ADP DA and e-Time systems. Andrea began a career in the United States Air Force, focusing on ground radar maintenance and weather systems support. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Ferris State University and ongoing studies for an MBA at the University of Dayton, complemented by an Associate’s Degree from Northwestern Michigan College.
