Hippie Torrales

Hippie Torrales has extensive experience in both library services and the music industry. Currently serving as a Library Associate at Richland Library since August 2016, Hippie also operates as a DJ, Producer, and Artist, a role held since 1973. As the Owner and CEO of Perfonix LLC since 2014, Hippie leads a technology company focused on transforming audio interaction and artistic expression. Earlier career highlights include working as an Audio Technician (A2) at MSNBC from 1999 to 2004 and serving as a DJ from 1976 to 1986. Hippie completed some schooling in Computer Science at ITT Technical Institute-Columbia between 2012 and 2013.
