Cody Barker

Cody Barker is an experienced professional in the field of special education and developmental disabilities, currently serving as the Manager of Residential Services at Richland Newhope - Richland County Board of Developmental Disabilities since January 2018. Prior to this role, Cody held the position of Clinical Assistant at The Silver Lining Group from August 2014 to May 2022 and also served in the same capacity from 2007 to 2014. Additionally, Cody worked as a Recreation Coordinator at Foundations For Living between April 2009 and July 2011. Educationally, Cody holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education (K-12) from Western Governors University, obtained between 2011 and 2015, and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, with studies ongoing since 2021. Cody's foundational education was completed at Clear Fork High School, graduating in 2004.
