Jake Lieberman

Jake Lieberman is a seasoned professional in real estate and land development, currently serving as the Land Development Manager at Richmond American Homes since October 2021. In this role, Jake evaluates design documents, schedules subcontractors, and coordinates infrastructure installations while managing development budgets and liaising with regulatory agencies. Prior to this, Jake held a Project Manager position at NVR, Inc. and was a top-earning Sales Associate at Sotheby's International Realty, where notable achievements included managing over $6 million in inventory and generating sales exceeding $3 million within a year. Earlier experience includes roles in acquisitions at South Beach Group Hotels and co-founding Miami Nights, an organization aimed at providing safe transportation for students. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Business Administration from the University of Miami and is currently pursuing an MBA at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
