Jason Glasgow

Jason Glasgow is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in homebuilding and real estate development. Currently serving as Division President at Richmond American Homes since May 2024, Jason contributes to a leading homebuilder's mission of providing high-quality lifestyles to diverse homebuyers. Prior roles include President & COO at Avenue Homes, where Jason drove innovative solutions to address housing challenges in Greater Los Angeles, and Founder and Managing Principal of Ground Matrix, overseeing significant real estate transactions. Earlier positions include leadership roles at The Agency, Westbrook Properties, LandCap Partners, and O'Donnell/Atkins, collectively enhancing expertise in acquisition, development, and project management across the West Coast. Jason's career began with military service as a Boat Operator in the US Navy. Jason holds an MBA in International Business and Real Estate Finance from the University of California, Irvine, and a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University.
