Michael Carlo

Michael Carlo is an experienced executive in the real estate industry, currently serving as Division President at Richmond American Homes since May 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of President at CenterPoint Properties, LLC from August 2013 to May 2017, where the focus was on investment and development of residential and commercial properties in Northeast Florida. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at Lennar Corp. as Vice President of Sales Operations & Land, managing various aspects of home sales, product development, and land acquisitions for the company's northeastern Florida sector from May 2007 to September 2013. Michael Carlo holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from American University Washington College of Law and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
