Newsha Dau

Newsha Dau is an experienced project and program manager currently serving as a Project Manager for Richmond Public Schools and as a Facilitator for Here for the Girls, Inc. Newsha has held various roles that include Program Manager for Albemarle County, where responsibilities included designing performance management programs and managing employee engagement. Previous consulting roles involved conducting research for regional jails and economic development projects. Early career positions include Management Analyst at the DC State Superintendent of Education, Operations Manager at the DC Department of Transportation, and urban planning consulting in New Jersey. Newsha holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor's degree from Earlham College.
