Joseph Pugini Jr.

Joseph Pugini Jr. is the Chairman of the Board, Richmond Community Services Foundation and long time supporter. Joe considers it one his life's greatest honors and responsibilities to help and support Richmond. He knows that although he has lived a blessed life it is important to give and help all those in need. He wants every person who gives to understand the Richmond philosophy & mission and to network this to others. In this way he knows that Richmond can increase its circle of influence, increase the base of support and all become part of a winning team.
