Ismael Gomez currently serves as an Assistant Principal at Richmond County Schools since August 2021, having previously worked as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at the same institution from January 2014 to June 2021. Ismael's experience also includes an internship with the U.S. Department of Labor in the Departmental Budget Center in 2012 and roles at Appalachian State University as a Student Undergraduate Orientation Leader and a Trailhead Academy Student Guide. Ismael Gomez holds a Master of School Administration from Campbell University (2021-2022) and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Math Education from Appalachian State University (2009-2013).
