Ramone Lamkin has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Marshal at the Richmond County Marshal's Office since January 2017 and as a Lieutenant with the Richmond County Sheriff's Office since January 2013, where Ramone also commands the Traffic Safety Division. Prior to these roles, Ramone worked as a State Trooper for the Georgia State Patrol from February 2002 to December 2012 and as a Deputy Sheriff at the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office from December 1996 to January 2002. Ramone holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
