David Lynch

David Lynch is an experienced professional in the fields of social work and adventure education, currently serving as an MSW and supervisee in social work at Richmond Creative Counseling, LLC since May 2020, alongside a role as a psychotherapy intern. With a strong background in outdoor leadership, David has been a tour leader with Adventure Cycling Association since August 2010, facilitating numerous bike tours and leadership training programs. Previously, David held positions as a seasonal outdoor instructor with Chesterfield County and as a graduate assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University, further complemented by retail experience at REI. David's earlier career in funeral services included roles as a funeral director and general manager at Howe Mortuary. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Bachelor of Arts in Adventure Education from Fort Lewis College, and an Associate of Applied Science in Funeral Service and Mortuary Science from Southern Illinois University.
