Brett Baldey

Brett Baldey is an experienced professional in civil project supervision and football coaching, currently serving as a Civil Project Contractors Supervisor at the City of Mitcham since 2016 and as an AFLW Recruiting Officer for the Richmond Football Club since July 2022. Previously, Brett held positions at North Adelaide Football Club as the Senior Assistant, Game Day Football Operations and Recruitment Manager, and at Cove Football Club, overseeing multiple coaching roles from 2015 to 2019. Additional coaching experience includes roles at West Adelaide Football Club and Southern Districts Football Club. Brett has also contributed to the football community as a Football Director at Roxby Districts Sporting Club and as an Assistant Coach in the Far North Football League. In terms of technical skills, Brett has experience with player support and IT support from a player's perspective at Gold Coast SUNS from 2009 to 2010. Brett holds a Level 3 Coaching Certificate and a Professional Certificate in Managing a Football Department from AFL SportsReady Education & Employment, both obtained in 2021.
