Jennifer Sutherland

Jennifer (Osman) Sutherland is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Education Coordinator for the Richmond Institute at Richmond Football Club since January 2020. Previously, Jennifer held various teaching roles, including Secondary Teacher of Health and PE at Copperfield College and VCE Health and Human Development at Kurunjang Secondary College. In addition to teaching, Jennifer has experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for AFL Victoria and Port Melbourne Football Club. Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement from Victoria University and a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Education. Jennifer has also developed curriculum in fitness education and has served as a mentor, showcasing a commitment to both education and student development.
