Ahmed Eweda

Ahmed Eweda, Ph.D., P.Eng., serves as the Project Manager for Life Cycle Planning at the City of Richmond Hill, where responsibilities include overseeing the lifecycle planning and capital renewal strategy for the city's facility assets. Prior to this role, Ahmed was a partial load professor at Fanshawe College, specializing in construction project management, and held the position of Specialist II in Corporate Asset Management for the City of London, managing a comprehensive asset management program across multiple service areas. Previous experience includes academic appointments and engineering roles at various institutions, contributing to building economics, asset management, and sustainability projects. Ahmed holds a Ph.D. in Building Engineering from Concordia University, along with a professional certificate in Asset Management Planning and advanced degrees in Architectural Engineering from Cairo University.
