Lily Loi, MBA, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst in the SAP Centre of Excellence at the City of Richmond Hill since 2008. With a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors, including modules such as Employee Central and Recruiting, Lily has held various roles including IT Business Analyst, HR Business Lead for ERP implementations, and a Human Resources Advisor specializing in labour relations and compensation. Prior to joining the City of Richmond Hill, Lily worked at Imperial Oil in senior human resources roles and at KPMG as a Senior Accountant in Audit. Lily holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour and Strategic Management from Schulich School of Business, York University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chartered Accountancy Studies from the University of Waterloo.
