Manager, Strategy And Government Relations, City Manager's Office at City of Richmond Hill

Lise Conde, MPA, has extensive experience in municipal government, currently serving as the Manager of Strategy and Government Relations in the City Manager's Office for the City of Richmond Hill since 2003. In this role, Lise provides strategic planning and issues management expertise, oversees the City’s advocacy with various levels of government, and manages the grants portfolio. Previous positions include Project Manager of Strategic Initiatives, Manager of Administrative Services in the Planning and Regulatory Services Department, Downtown Facilitator for Economic Development, and Council/Committee Clerk. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legislative Coordinator for the Region of Peel. Lise holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Diploma in Public Administration from Western University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Manitoba.
